Brrrrr.....It's cold in them thar hills!

Ain't that a puuuurdy picture of the night sky? I walked outside tonight and shot this photo just at dusk. You know my son, Travis, hasn't seen the night sky in almost 7 years! Please don't take God's amazing creation for granted! He paints masterpieces for us every day and every night!

Remember that cold front I said was on it's way? Well, the north wind has started blowing across this hill and it's chilly outside! The temperatures have already dropped tonight and will go even lower tomorrow night. I am off tomorrow so I plan to open the doors and windows and do some cleaning. I don't have to get up and wash my hair or put on makeup........it will be an au'naturale day for me!

Remember what I said the other night about God being the giver of all talents? Well, a friend from church sent me an email today about a man named Tony Melendez from Nicaragua. He was born without arms and at the age of 7 he began teaching himself to play the guitar. Yes, you read that right! He plays the guitar with his feet! I can hardly watch it without crying! It touches me unlike anything has in a very long time, AND, he sings so beautifully while he is playing! When you watch it, look at the expression on his face.....He radiates Jesus Christ! If you've ever doubted the fact that God gives people extraordinary talents, you won't after you see this! Please take a couple minutes to watch it.
